What are the five pranas?
In Ayurveda, the Prana, or universal life force, is further classified into subcategories, referred to as Prana's. According to Vedic(Hindu) philosophy these are the vital principles of basic energy and subtle faculties of an individual that sustain physiological processes. There are five prana's or vital currents in the Vedic system:
  • Prana : Responsible for the beating of the heart and breathing. Prana enters the body through the breath and is sent to every cell through the circulatory system.
  • Apana : Responsible for the elimination of waste products from the body through the lungs and excretory systems.
  • Udana : Responsible for producing sounds through the vocal apparatus, as in speaking, singing, laughing, and crying. Also it represents the conscious energy required to produce the vocal sounds corresponding to the intent of the being. Hence Samyama on udana gives the higher centers total control over the body.
  • Samana : Responsible for the digestion of food and cell metabolism (ie. the repair and manufacture of new cells and growth). Samana also includes the heat regulating processes of the body. Auras are projections of this current. By meditational practices one can see auras of light around every being. Yogis who do special practise on samana can produce a blazing aura at will.
  • Vyana : Responsible for the expansion and contraction processes of the body, eg. the voluntary muscular system.
What is Ama or Biofilm?
In Ayurveda it is called ama. This is the toxic residue coating our red blood cells and organs that blocks our bodies from absorbing the different energy sources such as oxygen, nutrients, vitamin, mineral, and water. This is ultimately blocking the prana from being absorbed into our systems and is starving us of lifeforce. The imbalances this creates in the body is much of the time life threatening, as our body not receiving proper prana can result in one of the diseases we see millions of people dying from today.
What are the symptoms of having parasites?
Stomach and Intestinal Complications The sheer number of parasites in the lower digestive system and the toxic waste produced by them can cause these problems:
  • Diarrhea
  • Chronic Constipation
  • Gas & Bloating
  • Digestive Problems
Fatigue The toxic metabolic waste overloads and overworks the organs of elimination and taxes the central nervous system causing:
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Low Energy
  • Lethargy
  • Excessive Weakness
Skin Disorders and Allergies Parasites that penetrate the skin cause itching. When tissue becomes inflamed from these parasites, the body’s white blood cells increase to defend the body. This reaction causes skin rashes and food allergies to appear. Parasites also create toxins and the skin, being the largest organ, tries to remove these toxins which causes many skin problems. Symptoms include:
  • Dry Skin
  • Dry Hair
  • Hair Loss
  • Allergies
  • Itchy Nose
  • Itchy Anus
  • Itchy Skin
  • Allergic Reactions to Food
  • Rashes
Mood and Anxiety Problems Once again, it’s the toxic metabolic waste produced by the parasites that attack the central nervous system causing:
  • Mood Swings
  • Nervousness
  • Depression
  • Forgetfulness
  • Anxiety
Sleep Disturbances The physical presence of the parasites themselves are a nuisance to the human body. The body reacts to them during periods of rest, this in turn produces:
  • Insomnia
  • Disturbed Sleep – Multiple Awakenings
Weight and Appetite Problems Parasites live undetected by their hosts. They rob the body of all essential nutrients (they get the choicest nutrition from the food you eat) and you are left with the fats, sugars, etc. Many overweight persons are infested with parasites, they stay hungry which leads to overeating because of the parasites. Depending on the type of parasite infestation, many people are malnourished, they can’t gain weight, again, because of the parasites. This is why parasites cause:
  • Weight Gain
  • Long-Standing Obesity
  • Loss of Appetite OR
  • Uncontrollable Hunger Eating More Than Normal BUT Still Feeling Hungry
  • Inability to Gain or Lose Weight
Muscle and Joint Complaints Parasites can travel to almost all soft tissue including in the joints and muscles where they cause cysts and inflammation that is commonly mistaken as arthritis and muscle pain. The toxins from parasites can also pool in the joints and in muscle tissue causing:
  • Muscle Pain
  • Joint Pain
  • Numbness of the Hands and/or Feet
  • Arthritic Pains
Sexual and Reproductive Problems

With a weakened immune system caused by parasites and their waste you also can experience:

  • Male Impotence
  • PMS
  • Candida – Yeast Infections
  • Cysts & Fibroids
  • Menstrual Problems
  • Prostate Problems
Other Symptoms:

More health problems caused by parasites:

  • Poor Immune Response
  • Respiratory Problems
  • Chronic Viral or Bacterial Symptoms
  • Body Odor
What are toxins and how do they effect us?
While we may not even know it, we face an onslaught of toxins every day. In the past 60 years, we've seen more toxins enter our environment than ever before. Toxins lodge in cells, tissues and muscles until your body is completely overwhelmed.

Many of the toxins in Your body were inherited from toxins that were stored in the cells of Your parents. This has been happening for many decades now. Tragically, today, the body of almost every tiny fetus (human and animal) is formed with inherited toxins that have accumulated in the egg and sperm cells of its mother and father.

Is it important to cleanse?
Doing a cleansing program is very important as it aids the body's natural process of detoxifying. Your lungs, liver, colon, kidneys and skin all help to purge your body of toxins through your breath, bile, urination, stool elimination and pores.

Flu's, cold, fevers and rashes are symptoms that are examples of the body attempting to detox. The more these kind of symptoms occur the more you know that you are toxic. If you have taken antibiotics and other such medications to suppress these symptoms, then you have only succeeded to push these toxins, parasites and pathogens deeper into your body's tissues and organs. Pushing these pathogens deeper into the body diminishes the bodies prana(lifeforce). This weakens the immune system and pushes the body closer to falling into a diseased state.

Toxins and parasites are also now traveling from the mother to the babies fetus which is resulting in infants, toddlers and teens contracting all kinds of serious illnesses. Samples of blood taken from the umbilical cord of newborns astonishingly contained an average of 200 chemicals that can cause cancer, brain damage, birth defects and other serious illness. with each generation passing on its accumulated toxins and parasites we are seeing earlier and earlier cases of diabetes, obesity, ADD, autism, cancers, and early pre-term labor.
